Summary[]
This installment sees Phoenix Wright returning to court as a Defense Lawyer with his new partners: Apollo Justice and an upcoming Athena Cykes.
Story (Primary)[]
It has been a year since Phoenix was found not guilty of the forged evidence and thus was given the right to practice law one more. Now his own Law Firm sees some new and old faces, Athena Cykes (Phoenix's own protege) and Apollo Justice as they defend their clients and prove thier innocence.
Story (Episodes)[]
Episode 1: Turnabout Countdown[]
There was a bombing at one of the rooms of the city's courthouse. The accused was a young girl named Juniper Woods. Phoenix's Protege: Athena Cykes defends her, but because she is a rookie Phoenix won't hesitate to help her in court.
Episode 2: The Monsterous Turnabout[]
In the Mansion of Damian Tenma (the mayor of the town of Tenma) he invites the Alderman of the neighboring town of Nine-Tails Vale Rex Kyubi to unite the towns. As both Apollo and Athena were invited to come to the celebration, but as both Damian and Rex were sleeping a mysterious figure comes in and murders Rex. Apollo finds Rex and insists to call for help. Then Damian was accused of Rex's murder. Both Apollo and Athena decide to defend him, their opponent will be Simon Blackquill, a convict Prosecutor.
Episode 3: Turnabout Acadamy[]
There has been a Murder at Themis Legal Acadamy. Juniper Woods is once again the defendant and Athena vows to prove her innocence.
Episode 4: The Cosmic Turnabout[]
Just as a Space Shuttle was about to launch from Cosmos Space Center, the Shuttle was sabotaged and it murdered an Astronaught named Clay Terran. The accused is Solomon Starbuck. With Apollo taking a leave of abscence, Phoenix and Athena must defend Starbuck.
Episode 5: Turnabout for Tomorrow[]
Just as Solomon Starbuck was found not guilty of the murder of Clay Terran. The case does regress one that took place 7 years ago. The Murder of Athena's mother: Metis Cykes, Athena herself as well as Prosecutor Simon Blackquill were both accused of this crime. Phoenix must prove their innocence, as his rival turned friend Miles Edgeworth will face him.
Gameplay[]
Apart from Phoenix's Magatama and Apollo's Power Bracelet. There is also Athena Cykes' Necklace (she calls Widget) which is a powerful "Mood Matrix" which she can find different moods in parts of a witnesses testimony and find the truth depending on the most likely mood.
