Hello everybody and welcome back to another edition of Johnny Watches Youtube. Today we're going to talk about a one time Duke Nukem game: Duke Nukem: Zero Hour.

Now, I'm not a big fan of Duke Nukem, and the reasons are that he's not a humble hero (not like Mario, Link, Megaman, or Ryu) who doesn't treat women very well and has too much self-pride. However, Zero Hour (even though I never played the game looks good on Youtube and was covered well in a few issues of Nintendo Power) it was the Nintendo 64 answer to the other Duke Nukem game for the first Playstation Time to Kill which had a similar story plot.

Hello everybody and welcome to another edition of Johnny Watches Youtube. Today we're going to talk about an obscured Tournament Fighting Game from the 1990s, Tough Guy: Fighting Titans.

There is very little information about this game, so I'll try my best to fill in some holes about the game.

Nearest I can tell (and from what I studied) Tough Guy: Fighting Titans is a TFG which was released for the PC in 1994 by a Taiwanese computer company called Panda Computer Entertainment.

The story of the game begins with some kind of Italian Criminal named Cula who practices the dark arts so much that he gained powers, and he decides to use his powers against some of the world's strongest fighters. Being unsatisfied with the opponents he faced, Cula deci…

Hello everybody and welcome to another edition of JohnnyTalk Games.

Well, it's that time of year again, it's New Year's and it's also time where I talk about my Top 5 games for the year.

So, without further ado, here are my Top 5 games of 2019.

The sequel to the surprise hit on the Wii U. This features new creation tools as well as new power-ups. It also features a story mode where Mario must rebuild Peach's Castle (when UndoDog accidentally pressed the Erase Rocket button). Though this game was its predecessor and more, it's heavily reliant on Online features, and unless you have Nintendo Switch Online, you're not going to get much from this game.

Hello everybody and welcome to another edition of Johnny Watches YouTube. Today, I got a belated Christmas present, and that came in the form of the largely unknown arcade game called "Title Fight".

Okay, I physically don't have the game. But I *do* get to talk about it, which I've been waiting for a long time.

Title Fight was a one-time Arcade Boxing Game where it uses a very unusual gameplay control setup. Instead of an analog stick and buttons, you use 2 analog handlebars and where you push forward a handle is what punch your boxer throws. Now, that sounds a bit complicated and throwing the wrong punch could mean big trouble for you, of course pushing the handles a certain way will also make your boxer block incoming punches.

    Now, the game m…

Hello everybody and welcome to another edition of JohnnyTalk Games.

Unfortunately, this edition is going to be negative. Explaining my confusion about a popular game.

In 2018, Insomniac has released the popular Spider-Man game. There was a lot of hype even before the game released on September 7. Though, I was initially considering playing this game. What changed my mind is when I saw gameplay footage on Youtube and thought that this game was just the same as Batman: Arkham Asylum.

Woah, wait a minute Ryu. Before you go ahead and beat the ever-loving schniddles outta Spidey. Let me rant about why this is the same as Arkham Asylum.

Before I begin with this rant, I just want everybody to know that this is not about being "Pro-DC and Anti-Marvel"…

Hello everybody and welcome to another edition of Johnny's Game profile. Today, we're going to talk about a very obscured video game that you may or may not hear from the NES days: StarTropics

The game begins as a middle school student named Mike Jones ventures to the Coracola Island Archipelago to find his Uncle (Dr. Stephen Jones) who went missing after an Archeological journey.

The main protagonist. A middle school student who has dreams of becoming an ace pitcher in the MLB. Hailing from Seattle, Washington, he ventures alone to the Coracola Island chain to find his Uncle. He also has a childish fetish where he likes to stick Bananas in his ears.

Hello everybody and welcome to another edition of JohnnyTalk Games. Today's discussion is some of my projections of Anniversary Collections.

Now, you may have heard of Megaman, Street Fighter, Castlevania, and Contra all have Anniversary Collections and making for not just some nostalgia, but also to get some modern gamers a chance to play some classic games as well.

Here are some of my projections of what game franchises should have an anniversary collection.

I think that Nintendo is *LONG* overdue to send out an Anniversary Collection for the Super Mario Franchise as Mario has a near bottomless count of video games to his credit.

Hello everybody and welcome to another edition of Johnny's Game Profile. Today we will talk about an obscured TFG (Tournament Fighting Game) called "King of The Monsters"

This weekend is the opening weekend of the sequel to the campy 2014 Godzilla movie. Now, I'm no fan of Japanese Monster movies, but this did remind me of the one time game for the NEO/GEO.

Supposedly taking place in 1996 Japan, and 6 giants are now fighting amongst themselves for the title of King of The Monsters.

Now, it goes without saying that Geon is the game's own version of Godzilla. Geon is one of the more balanced of the giants. His special move is to shoot fire from his mouth (much like his inspiration).

Pretty obvious it's the game's King Kong, except he's much bigg…

Hello everybody and welcome to another episode of Johnny's Game Profile. Today I'm going to talk about an obscured and quirky Tournament Fighting Game (TFG) called Eternal Champions.

The year is 9999 AD and due to the imbalance of the Earth's Mystical Energy (Chi) Mankind's time on Earth is nearing an end. A Mystical being going by the title "The Eternal Champion" has decided to use his powers to go through Earth's history and take on the Energy of 9 fighters who met untimely deaths and have them compete in a tournament, and whoever faces and wins against the Eternal Champion has a second chance at time (and in hope that they would change their lives for the better), and to also restore the balance of Earth's Mystical Energy.

Hello everybody and welcome to another special edition of JohnnyTalk. Just like last year, I'm going to talk about some of the aspects of MLB The Show of course it's going to be this year's edition. The things I like, the things I don't like and things I still like to see.

Just like with last year's game. San Diego Studios has improved the trajectory of the ball so it becomes a bit more unpredictable, so if you're not careful you can commit more errors on the field.

As you may or may not know from last year's edition of MLB The Show, it introduced a brand new attribute system where you must work hard and accumulate attributes by performing good. You also choose an "archetype" to better classify your player. You can either make your player ei…

Hello everybody and a "Belated" Happy New Year to you all.

Now, it is the time that I post my Top 5 games for the year, and that year is 2018. Due to a hard holiday season, and somewhat of a lack of games that I played in 2018 (most of them are compliation of older games), I didn't feel confident on making such a page this year. But felt complacant enough to do it.

So without further ado, here are my top 5 games of 2018.

This is one of the complation of games I have played in 2018. Unlike the original Megaman Legacy Collection, this includes "Rookie Hunter Mode" which makes these games a bit more enjoyable for those who aren't hardcore as some other gamers are. But nevertheless, both these collections will be a definite want for even the most…

Red Steel is one of the very first game for the Original Wii and it utilized the use of the Wii Remote as you use not just modern guns but also the Katana (Japan's sword of the Samurai).

Sony is always tinkering with the graphics in this game. However, from what I have learned that some of the backgrounds will change in this edition of MLB The Show, the minor league stadiums will have different backgrounds (like Ironhorse Stadium will look like it takes place in the desert). There wasn't a large selection of Tournament Fighting Games (TFG) this year. But the best this year has to go to The King of Fighters 14.

Hello again, and welcome to another edition of Johnny Watches Yotube. Today, we are going to talk about some of the games taken place in the Old West. This is a classic, it's called Gun.Smoke

Taken place in the mid 19th century during the western gold rush, a band of theives known as the Wingates have harassed the citizens of a town called Hicksville. Only one man can stop them, a man named Billy Bob.

Not to be confused with the western radio show and TV show of the same name. This is based on the arcade where it's a forward scrolling rail shooter where you shoot ad defeat a series of enemies as you face a boss in each stage, there are 6 stages in all. You move, and the A and B buttons control on which direction you shoot. A is left, B is rig…

Hello everybody and welcome to another edition of JohnnyTalk. Today I'm going to talk about some of the things that some gamers from the first few generations of video games from the early and mid 1980's and 1990's.

It has been nearly 35 years since video games came into the world, despite some.......bumps in the road, it has become a booming industry ever since. But, 35 years in the video gaming world seems like a half a century since much has changed, and almost to the point where gamers today may not understand the concepts and/or some of the events of gaming that happened in the past. Here are some of the things that we know in the past tat today's gamers may not understand due to the rising of new gaming trends.

In the eras of the NES, …

Hello everybody and welcome to yet another edition of JohnnyTalk. Today, I would like to talk about video games that (chronologically) exist in the same world. There are different game series that exist in the same world, either it's because the games are made by the same developers or owned by the same company. Because this is about stand alone game series, do not expect crossover games such as The King of FightersSuper Smash Bros. or any of the Street Fighter VS. games.

One of Capcom's most famed series actually take place in the same robotic world. Though, each of the game series takes place at least a century apart from each other and they don't physically appear side-by-side.

It all starts in the year 20XX with the original Megaman, and …

Good Morning to all of you. This is yet another edition of Johnny's Game Profile where I tell you about the details of some of the lesser known video games from either the past or the present. This blog (should you choose to read it) will be about the NES version of Mission: Impossible.

One of the more lesser known games made by Konami and based on the re-boot of the classic 1960's TV Show back in the late 1980's. Jim Phelps was given orders from his superiors of the CIA sanctioned agency known as Impossible Mission Force (IMF) to find and rescue an important scientist named Dr. O who is wanted by a secret criminal organization named the Sinister 7 as they have plans to destroy the world. He calls on his IMF team of Max Harte, Grant Collier,…

Hello again and welcome to another edition of Johnny's Game Profile. Today, I'm going to talk about a strange PC game  called The Chaos Engine.

The stry of the game goes like this. A huge system of scientists have discovered the way to manipulate human DNA and make super mutants. But the experiment soon went horribly wrong, it wasn't long at all before the mutants created their very own cybernetic weapon that will be soon called "The Chaos Engine". The only way to stop this destructive weapon, the scientists have hired a 6 man group to destroy the engine before it destroys the world.

There 6 characters you can choose to start the game.

The soldier that does jobs clearly for the money. He is one of the more well balanced soldiers in the game w…

Hello everybody and welcome to another edition of Johnny's Game Profile. Today I'm going to talk about anothert golden oldie. It is called Milon's Secret Castle.

    '

Monsters have infested Castle Garland, and it's up to Milon to save the castle and it's queen.

The game's main character. Milon has a very unusual weapon that he uses at his disposal, it's bubbles. That's right, bubbles. He can use them to not just attack enemies but to also break certain blocks in the castle that may reveal a "secret".

There are a variety of items Milon can obtain which can enhance his abilities.

The heart restores one point of Milon's lost health. It is left behind by defeated enemies.

A Hudson Soft logo. Not only will this fully restore Milon's health but will add …

Hello again everybody and welcome to another edition of Johnny's Game Profile. Today,I would like to talk about a game that has been long forgotten, a game devloped by Rare (the same company that has made Donkey Kong Country, GoldenEye, Killer Instinct, Banjo-Kazooie and Perfect Dark). But before those games, they have made some games for the NES, this game is called Wizards & Warriors. Though, not a very memorable game, but did catch the hearts of many gamers for the time.

Kuros is the game series' main protagonist. Often clad in a suit of metallic armor (juts like in Medieval Europe) and using a sword. Kuros is considered one of the bravest warriors in the land.

The game series' main antagonist. Malkil has only one thing on his mind......yo…

Hello again, and welcome to another special edition of Johnny Watches Youtube. Today, it is another fighting game called Deadly Arts, one of the fewest TFGs for the Nintendo 64.

The TFG (Tournament Fighting Game) has around 8 playable characters and 2 bosses (unlockable via a code) plus a fighter you created. Please note, that the profiles that I will post here are from the Japanese/European versions of the game with some of my own imput, the US versions have all as high school students.

Assumably the game's main protagonist. Kai uses some kind of free style karate as his martial art discipline. He would use his style for the street fighting circuit and has developed a huge reknown for his skills as he has only 1 loss to his record. But his lov…
