This is a big stage and there are a lot of small rooms you must traverse. Head for the central room with the rotunda that has 4 doors that will open automatically headinside to get the Chaingun and the Blue Key which is needed to head into the western maze in this stage. You can also head south with the slime stream which has 2 secret areas on the far sides of the river, the eastern end has a Rocket Launcher and a special lift that will lead you to a Soul Sphere, the western end will also lead you to a secret area that contains a backpack.
When inside the maze, make sure you defeat any imps or Pinky Demons that get in your way, at the end of the maze, you'll find a Security Armor and a Yellow Key, before entering the Yellow Door, press the switch right next to it to make a platform appear that'll lead you to the exit.
