As we left off in our last part (click here) BJ Blazkowicz endured a crippled body, and then got a new one as he helps the Kreisau Circle round up the rebels in his native USA and begin a revolution which resulted in the Nazis fleeing from the country. This also resulted in a global conflict that would see the Nazis flee back to Europe. BJ would eventually fight and kill Hitler, but not before a doomsday device was activated.
In this final part, we will talk about how BJ disappears to Paris to try to find a way to disable Hitler's machine before it destroys the world.

The year is now 1979, around a decade since the Da'at Yichud War which resulted in a stalemate (as well as Adolf Hitler's death at the hands of BJ) but it was a moral victory for the Global Coalition (consisting of the USA, Great Britain, China, and other rebel factions) as they beat the Nazis back to Europe, and thus the Nazi Regime is no longer a global superpower and now a shell of what it used to be. Everybody (including the Nazis) was enjoying the peace, but there was one person that didn't, and ironically it was BJ. Because what he realized when he defeated Hitler, some kind of doomsday machine got activated upon Hitler's death, in the years following the war Earth's weather patterns as well as the tectonic plates were becoming more erratic, and soon in areas around the world were experiencing storms that would produce torrential rains and massive flooding as well as Hurricanes, Earthquakes, and Tsunamis. BJ began to study the patterns of these natural disasters by going by news reports and notes written by Set on what these natural disasters mean, or what they mean. Nevertheless, BJ still spent time with his family, especially his daughters so he can prove to be more of a father than BJ's father ever was.
By the following year (1980) BJ's behavior would begin to change as Anya noticed that BJ wouldn't talk for days, reminding Anya of BJ's 14-year stay at her family's mental hospital in Poland. It wasn't long until BJ would embark on an adventure without telling his family, as he would travel to Paris (on a fake ID so the Nazis don't find and kill him).
While in Paris, he meets a French woman named JuJu and introduced herself as a French rebel fighting against the Nazis. In return that BJ can find a Da'at Yichud safe keep that is underneath the Nazi base: The Siegturm. Though, after BJ completed some objectives for JuJu, he realized that JuJu was a Nazi named Julie Brandt (and married to former Nazi General Lothar Brandt) but he managed to find the safe keep and spent time there for some time (though exactly how much time is unknown).
During his time in the safe keep, he did more studies on the Da'at Yichud artifacts by using Set's notes and even discovering Nazi experiments, and he found out a lot. Not only did he realize that all of the natural disasters plaguing the world are precursors to what he described as "The Apocalypse" where the world would become unsuitable for life, and would soon seize to exist. He also discovered that Nazi scientists realized the Apocalypse (but mostly fell on deaf ears to the Nazi government as much to the disbelief of the scientists' conclusions) and they have constructed other things out of Da'at Yichud artifacts to open up interdimensional portals where the Nazis can escape to another dimension to ensure the survival of the debunked Nazi Regime. He would also realize that no matter how hard he tries, and no matter what Set's notes say, he cannot disable or destroy Hitler's doomsday machine, and then realizes that mankind, as well as other species, are doomed to go extinct. He also can't figure out what the dimensional devices the Nazis make work, and thus can't open a portal to a new world.
Little does BJ know however that his daughters, as well as Grace's daughter (Abby), have taken it upon themselves to go to Paris to find him. They too became errand girls for Julie Brandt (oblivious to the fact that Julie is a Nazi), but after they have taken all of the Nazi command buildings in Paris they would be ambushed by the Brandts and the Blazko-Twins would chase after them and find the Siegturm. Eventually, they find their father.
After a while, BJ tells Jessica and Sophia why he was here for so long, and what he has discovered during his stay. A sense of hopelessness overcomes BJ due to his discoveries, but his daughters give him a new sense of hope as they will try to make the best of what they have in this world. But as BJ's daughters give him another note, he realizes that there are Da'at Yochud artifacts that can channel powers from other dimensions, and discovers that the God Key can do exactly that and the Power Suits that Jessica and Sophia were wearing have the same slot for the key, giving them powers.
With a new sense of hope, BJ knows that there's one thing to do: stop the Brandts from escaping from Paris and form what Lothar calls the "Fourth Reich" which is a Nazi regime in the sky as soon as the Earth can't sustain human life. BJ holds off the Nazi forces as his daughters chase after the Brandts.
Eventually, Jessica and Sophia would fight and kill Lothar, and Anya, Grace, and Abby would save them before a Nazi jet fighter would kill them.
While at Lothar's command center, Grace has informed everybody that despite the death of the Brandts, they only delayed the Fourth Reich as their followers would soo come to Paris to avenge their fallen masters. So, the girls would be given the job to stay in Paris and protect it from the Nazis, and maybe even, the Apocalypse.
